Arden Sanders Events (formerly It’s a Shore Thing) is a team of Full Service event planners specializing in destination weddings in the 30A, Santa Rosa Beach and Destin, Florida area.

Arden’s wedding & event planning experience began in 2009 while working in Seaside. Her passion grew when she joined the team at It’s a “Shore” Thing in 2012. She worked alongside Jennifer Lewis (the best in the industry!) until Jennifer graciously offered Arden the dream opportunity to become owner in 2017.

The established relationships Arden has formed in the wedding industry over the past 14 years are a value to her clients. Her joy for weddings is evident as she shares in the excitement of each bride and uses her expertise to help transform a vision into reality. Her dedication, attention to detail, genuine southern charm and calming demeanor provide a sense of ease to every event.

She adores spending time with her husband (Layton), her precious little boy (Rivers), and her sweet pup (Layla).

Coleman Crye

Event Planner

Coleman and Arden’s friendship began at the University of Alabama, and strengthened when Coleman hired Arden to plan her dream wedding in June of 2018. While planning together – they realized that they shared the same passion for the industry, which led to Coleman’s decision to join the team as a full-time planner!

Coleman’s 10+ years in the public relations, marketing, and corporate event planning world have been proven assets to the team. She is detail-oriented and prides herself in doing whatever it takes to make sure her clients have fun in the planning process and enjoy every aspect of their wedding— and always does it with a smile. Her positive energy is contagious!

Outside of planning weddings, Coleman enjoys spending every minute with her husband Matt and (4) sons Hank, Gip, Harris & Bowman.
